Jordan has over 12 years of experience in healthcare and has consistently shown a commitment to providing exceptional care, support, and a safe environment for young people in need. His leadership has led to the successful operation and growth of multiple residential homes, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of its residents. He also has a wealth of experience in running one of the Midlands' fastest-growing agencies. Overseeing 2000+ staff whilst excelling in audits for CQC. Jordan has now developed a Property Portfolio which involves building the best homes for our young people. His passion for healthcare drives his ethos of providing stability and good consistent outcomes for our young people.

Reis has a real passion for healthcare, whilst driving high quality standards and care at JNHG. Originally coming to JNHG to manage the finance department, he has now become an integral part of the Senior Management team.
As JNHG grew, Reis has become Head of Operations and plays an important role in all business/healthcare decisions. Reis manages all the team at head office, as well as maintaining the best standards in all our residential homes. He is heavily involved in the day to day running of the company and works with Jordan in finalizing financial decisions. His commitment to his role has helped drive the success at JNHG.
